ABOUT FAY

Fay’s passion for fitness and wellbeing began in 2021 when she started teaching children’s yoga in local schools and the surrounding areas. Her classes and workshops offer a unique blend of movement and creativity, with the option to incorporate engaging yoga craft projects.
